If you did not receive an email from ClevX MyPasswords, first, check your spam folder. Your computer's security software may have moved the message to the spam folder in your mail program. It may also be caught by an external spam filtering service if you have one. Search your spam folder or quarantine for the message. Make sure your anti-virus's spam filter is not discarding the message or moving it to another folder.
