By default, USBtoCloud backs up all files from your drive. Uncheck folders that you don’t want to back up by clicking Settings and removing the check next to the folder. In this example, folder “Private” will be not backed up and “What to Back up” status will show “Selected Folders.”
Except for the initial backup, USBtoCloud does incremental backups. An incremental backup is one that backs up files that have changed or are new since the last backup. It skips files that already backed up.
You can delete files from the drive that have been successfully backed up. Your space on the cloud is not limited by your USBtoCloud drive size.

Although we recommend letting the backup complete (green icon) before unplugging the drive, the software is designed to allow removing the drive while backing up without trouble.
You can click “Pause Backup” in the USBtoCloud system menu.
