Our company would like to deploy USBtoCloud to our employees with their corporate USB drives. What do we need to know about our corporate deployment?

USBtoCloud allows users to select commercially available clouds such as Dropbox, Box, Amazon S3, Google Drive, iCloud (Mac only), OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, Mega, Yandex Disk, ShareFile by Citrix, Baidu as well as configure application to backup files to an internal corporate server. Please have your IT Managers contact USBtoCloud Support for further assistance.

How can I use USBtoCloud in the corporate/enterprise environment?

USBtoCloud is designed to support corporate users as well as consumers. For the corporate deployments and storing data on the corporate servers, IT Managers need to contact USBtoCloud Support and we will be happy to assist you. Many options are possible for corporate deployments, both standard and custom builds are available.

How do I know my files were backed up?

Your USBtoCloud icon should be green… …and the status should say “Backup up to date” for the currently listed drive. You can also check your cloud storage provider’s site and look for your files. Your files should be inside your Cloud’s Apps/USB-to-Cloud folder

What if I discover my computer has a virus while I’m using USBtoCloud?

If your external drive has not been infected, you can enable Drive Security Antivirus so every file copied from your computer into the drive will be scanned for viruses and not copied (or backed up). What languages are supported?

USBtoCloud is a multilingual application. It currently supports 12 languages:  : English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Korean and Japanese. We are planning to add more languages soon.
